Products
Technical description of briquetting machines:
The
piston-mechanical briquetting press is used for sand-free briquetting of wood waste (shavings, sawdust,
dust and other mixtures), cereal and rapeseed straw, as well as cellulose-containing waste (flax, cotton
waste, etc.). The fraction of the raw material used should be from 1 to 5 mm, and the humidity from 8 -
15%. The raw material must not be contaminated with substances such as oils, greases, varnishes, paints,
while mineral contamination such as sand, abrasive, etc. should not exceed 1.5% by
weight.
The obtained briquette has a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 50 or 60 mm and a
length of at least 30 mm. Due to the nature of the machine's operation, i.e. cyclical pushing of a
portion of the raw material through the sleeve with the piston, the briquette consists of strongly
pressed segments with a length of 4 to 6 mm. Therefore, it is allowed to break between segments. This
state of affairs does not affect the quality of the combustion process, while the length of the broken
briquette ranges from 30 to 300 mm. The calorific value of the briquette depends on the raw material
used, with biomass most often this value ranges from 16 to 19.5 MJ / kg

Tumble dryer
Biomass drum dryers, thanks to their high efficiency and high versatility, are the only
effective and ecological dryers designed for industrial drying of wet sawdust, wood chips, peat, cereal
straw and hay previously crushed into chaff. The construction of the dryer allows it to be operated
outdoors, under a roof.
The dryer consists of the following components:
- Coal furnace with thermal
insulation adapted to burning sawdust briquette and wood waste.
- Wet sawdust feeder with a fluid dosing system for dried raw material.
- Drum loading connector with insulation.
- Thermally insulated drying drum.
- Dry material unloading chamber
- Main cyclone dedusting with a dosing device
- Centrifugal main fan.
- Diagonal discharge auger for dry material.
- Control and distribution cabinet of the drying room with temperature control and measurement
apparatus.
Technical characteristics
Nominal capacity of the dryer for drying
sawdust or other biomass with an initial humidity of 50-55% and a final humidity of 13-14% -

The maximum temperature of the drying air at the entrance to the drum - 600-650 °C

Principles of
Operation:
The dried material is fed to the drying drum by means of a raw material
feeder connected to a dosing screw, where the actual material drying process takes place. The rotating
movement of the drum causes the dried material to spread in the drum and its movement towards the
outlet. The loss of raw material moisture occurs through direct contact of the dried material with a
mixture of hot air and exhaust gases. The dried material, thanks to the screw structure of the drum and
the flow of the drying agent produced by the radial main fan of the dryer, is torn from the drum and
falls into the discharge chamber, where it falls to the bottom of the chamber after speed precipitation.
Using the discharge auger, depending on the destination, it is transported to the outside or to the
hammer mill, where it is crushed into the desired fractions.



GRANULATORS
GRAN 300, GRAN 360, GRAN 400
These are devices designed for granulation of sawdust, fodder, straw, hay, etc. The
produced granulate has a diameter of 3 mm to 8 mm depending on the mounted matrix.
We also offer GRAN-DUO granulators, they are made in such a way that two granulators are mounted on one
frame, operated by one hopper, one vibro sieve, one belt feeder and one bag filter.
Thanks to this solution, one or two granulators can work, depending on the needs, each of the
granulators is equipped with a separate motor with a power of 22 kW to 45 kW.
The granulator is made together with the matrix and rolls in a Polish production company.
The materials used for the production of the granulator come from Poland and EU countries. The capacity
of the granulator ranges from 300 to 450 kg / h, depending on the size of the granulator and matrix.
The raw material for granulation must not be contaminated and the humidity must not exceed 16%.

Payment, assembly and warranty conditions
Terms of delivery and receipt of the machine:
The price of the device
includes the loading of the machine onto the car provided by the buyer (with advance notice). We can, at
the buyer's request, deliver the machines by rental transport - at the buyer's expense.
Installation and commissioning:
We provide installation of devices by a
qualified service. For the installation of the machine, contractual rates are applied each time on the
day of signing the contract (but not more than 10% of the value of the devices). Commissioning and
training of the employee to operate the machine is included in the price of the devices. The buyer pays
for travel to the place of commissioning.
Terms of warranty:
The warranty for briquetting presses is 12 months from
the moment of starting the machine. The warranty does not cover parts that wear out during normal
operation of the machine (in accordance with the operating manual). During the warranty period, we
perform repairs immediately - no longer than 14 days from the date of notification. We also provide
post-warranty service for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of purchase of the device. Detailed
warranty and service conditions are set out in Annex 1 to the agreement - Warranty conditions.
